Government of the Punjab, S&GAD, Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund, Lahore issued date for the submission of prescribed application forms for Educational Scholarship to the Children of Serving / Retired / Deceased / Invalidated Retirement of Punjab Government Servants for the year 2021-22.
Complete applications forms alongwith attested copies of relevant documents may be forwarded by the concerned office to the concerned Benevolent Fund Board Offices during the specified period w.e.f 01.01.2022 to 31.03.2022.
- All the Gazetted Employees (Grade 16 & above) and Non-Gazetted Secretariat Employees (Grade 1-15) to Provincial Benevolent Fund Board, Alflah Building , Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Lahore.
- All the Non-Gazetted Employees (Grade 1-15) except Secretariat Employees to concerned Deputy Commissioner / Chairman District Benevolent Fund Board.
