Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a clarification regarding admissibility of Incentive Allowance in Favour staff of Program / Projects / Policy Units etc.
The case of grant of incentive allowance in favour of program staff of IRMNCH & NP Punjab was examined and attention of administrative department was drawn towards policy letter of Finance Department bearing No.FD.SR-I/9-10/2019 dated 31.12.2019. Incentive Allowance is admissible to in-service regular government servants so appointed / posted in projects, programs, policy units / policy cells / companies / authorities / foundations and funds which is not admissible to the project project employees hired from private sector.
