All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) made following demands for approval in the Budget 2021-22:-
i. Revise pay scales after merging all adhoc allowances
ii. Remove discrimination and all the controversial privileges (150% executive allowance, 50% secretariat allowance, utility allowance), equalize the post scale & salary and increase the salary 100%.
iii. Increase Medical Allowance and Conveyance Allowance.
iv. Issue up-gradation notification of Federal Employees analogy of provinces.
v. Grant house rent on present pay.
vi. Issue notification regarding payment of Group Insurance on retirement on analogy of provinces.
vii. Grant of increase 100% in pension
viii. Grant Time Scale Promotion
ix. Regularize all contract employees.
