NOTIFICATION REGARDING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPs) AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHAND RAAT AND EID UL FITR BY PRIMARY & SECONDARY HEALTHCARE DEPARTMENT

 Government of the Punjab, Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department issued notification regarding SOPs and Instructions for Eid ul Fitr and Chand Raat.

Notification implementation will be observed / enforced from 08th May to 16th May, 2021.

SOPs and Instructions are as under:-

• There will be complete ban on all Chand Raat Bazars and all stalls of Mehndi, Bangles and Clothes.
• There will ban on all markets, business, offices, shops, tourism places.
• There will complete ban on public transport of inter city and inter provincial.
• Train service will be run with 70% passengers.
• Rikshaws and Taxis will run with 50% passengers.
• Businesses can be run 24 hours (Tandoor, Medical Services, Pharmacies,  Petrol Pumps, Food Delivery Services, Electricity, Gas, Internet, Cellular Companies, Call Centres and Media Houses)
• Businesses can be run from 09:00am to 06:00pm (Grocery Stores, General Stores, Bakeries, Meat Shops, Flour Chakis, Fruit Shops, Vegetables Shops.
• There will be complete ban on all kind of activities of sports, Festivals, Cultural and Gatherings.
