Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) issued a letter to all departments for submission of working papers of Civil Servants Who have completed 20 years of service.
The Rule 6(1) of the Punjab Civil Servants (Directory Retirement from Service) Rules, 2021 requires each department to maintain a list of civil servants who have completed twenty years' service. Moreover, the Rule 6(2) ibid provides for performance review of all civil servants by the Retirement Board.
Therefore, it is requested to submit working paper of all civil servants who have completed twenty years' service for performance review by the Retirement Board under the provisions of rules ibid within 10 days positively, alongwith a certificate duly signed by the Administrative Secretary that the list of officers is complete in all respects.
