School Education Department, Punjab announced annual e-Transfer Calendar 2021 for compassionate grounds and extreme hardship (divorce, widow, wedlock, disable, mutual and adjustment of promoted / on disposal teachers etc.
The following timelines are to be observed:-
1. Transfer for promoted / on disposal teachers / officers & compassionate grounds
- Apply from 1st January to 10th January
- Verification from 11th January to 17th January
- Orders will be generated on 20th January
- Relieving and Joining in January & February
2. Transfer for promoted / on disposal teachers / officers & compassionate grounds
- Apply from 1st March to 10th March
- Verification from 11th March to 17th March
- Orders will be generated on 20th March
- Relieving and Joining in March & April
3. Transfer open for all categories
- Apply from 1st May to 10th May
- Verification from 11th May to 17th May
- Orders will be generated on 20th May
- Relieving and Joining in May & June
4. Transfer open for all categories
- Apply from 1st July to 10th July
- Verification from 11th July to 17th July
- Orders will be generated on 20th July
- Relieving and Joining in July & August
5. Transfer for promoted / on disposal teachers / officers & compassionate grounds
- Apply from 1st September to 10th September
- Verification from 11th September to 17th September
- Orders will be generated on 20th September
- Relieving and Joining in September & October
6. Transfer for promoted / on disposal teachers / officers & compassionate grounds
- Apply from 1st November to 10th November
- Verification from 11th November to 17th November
- Orders will be generated on 20th November
- Relieving and Joining in November & December
