TIME SCALE PROMOTION TO THE OFFICERS IN BS-16 AND ABOVE HAVING STAGNANT POSTS

 Govt. of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a letter regarding time scale personal up-gradation in BS-22 to District & Sessions Judges BS-21.

I am directed to refer to Finance Department's circular letter bearing even number dated 19.04.2019 on the subject cited above and to state that the Governor of the Punjab has been pleased to allow time scale personal up-gradation in BS-22 to District & Sessions Judges (BS-21) on completion of 7 years' satisfactory service instead of 10 years with immediate effect. The condition of 10 years' service shall remain applicable in all other cases.
