Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a Notification regarding Enhancement of Fixed Daily Allowance to the Employees of Police Department.
- NO.FD.PR.21-65/2014. In continuation of Finance Department's letters beaning No.FD.PR 6-2/2004 dated 14.07.2004 No.Pol-2-X(Home)/2006 dated 10.07.2006 No.FD.PR 6.3.2002 dated 02.05.2009 No.FD.PR 21-49/2012 dated 11.06.2013 and No.FD.PR 21-32/18 dated 16.02.2019, Governor of the Punjab has been pleased to grant 20 days Fixed Daily Allowance (FDA) @ 80% of the rates of Special Daily as admissible in the year 2013 w.e.f 01.07.2019 instead of as admissible in the year 2005 to all the officers / officials of Police Department (including City Traffic Police and Punjab Highway Patrol) posted at Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Gujranwala as under:-
- Existing Rate of 20 Days FDA at Special Rates
- BPS 1-4 Rs.4000/-
- BPS 5-11 Rs.4400/-
- BPS 12-16 Rs.7300/-
- BPS 17-18 Rs.12800/-
- BPS 19-20 Rs.16500/-
- BPS 21 Rs.20000/-
- BPS 22 Rs.20000/-
- Revised Rate of 20 Days FDA at Special Rates
- BPS 1-4 Rs.8000/-
- BPS 5-11 Rs.8800/-
- BPS 12-16 Rs.14400/-
- BPS 17-18 Rs.25600/-
- BPS 19-20 Rs.32800/-
- BPS 21 Rs.40000/-
- BPS 22 Rs.48000/-
- Governor of the Punjab has further been pleased to grant 20 days' Fixed Daily Allowance (FDA) @ 80% of the rates of Ordinary Dally as admissible in the year 2013 w.e.f 01.07.2019. instead of as admissible in the year 2005 to all the officers / officials of Police Department (including City Traffic Police and Punjab Highway Patrol) posted in other cities as under:-

- Moreover, enhancement of remaining FDA 20% of rates as admissible in the year 2013 will also be implemented w.e.f 01.07.2019 on availability of fiscal space.
