REGULARIZATION OF EMPLOYEES UNDER RULE 17-A

Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Layyah issued orders regarding Regularization of Employees under Rule 17-A in the light of Judgment of Lahore High Court.

• In pursuance of Order / Judgment of Honorable Lahore High Court Multan Bench Multan dated 07.02.2019 passed in writ petition No.11853/2018 filed by Muhammad Ajmal etc. officials employed under Rule 17-A  are regularized in terms of Punjab Civil Servants (appointment & Conditions) Rules 1974 w.e.f. the date of their joining in Education Department District Layyah.
