Directorate of Public Instruction (SE), Punjab, Lahore issued a letter addressed to all the District Education Officer (SE) in the Punjab regarding provision of documents / information of the contract employees for further extension.
- You are requested to please provide the following documents / information of the Contract Employees working under your jurisdiction whose contract is going to Expired on or before 30-06-2019 for extension in contract of their services:
- Name & Designation with Present Place of Posting.
- Hand written applications from applicants with the request for Extension.
- No Enquiry, No Demand, No Audit Para etc Certificates C/s by the DEO concerned.
- Entire Service Record / CV.
- Educational Certificates.
- Attested Copy of NIC.
- Attested Copy of 1st Appointment Order alongwith Joining Report.
- Transfer Orders (If any).
- PERs upto 31-12-2018.
- Results of last 04 Years upto 2018.
- The said Information must reach this Directorate within 02-days positively, otherwise you will be held responsible for the consequences. The name of the defaulters will be communicated to High-ups for action.
