No.SO(G)CED/Circular/2018 dated 28-02-2018 regarding Complete Ban on Usage of Cigarettes / Pan / Guttka and all other Narcotics in Education Institutions.
The detail of notification is as follows;-
- College Education Department, Government of Sindh has pleased to complete ban on usage of Cigarettes / Pan / Guttka and other narcotics in all the Sindh Govt. Collages / Private Colleges and other Educational Institutes all over Provinces of Sindh.
