Deputy Controller General of Accounts has issued letter to
the Accountant General Pakistan Revenues Islamabad dated 31-10-2017 regarding Audit
& Accounts Allowance to the Officers and Establishment under the Controller
General of Accounts and the Auditor General Of Pakistan. The detail of letter
is as follows;
Please refer to your letter No. Legal-l/Audit & Account
Allowance/2017-18/799 dated 26-10-2017 on the subject.
2. In this
context, your attention is adverted to operative part of the judgment of
Honorable Federal Services Tribunal (Para-9) whereby CGA being one of the
respondents, has been directed to forward the case of the petitioners /
appellants to the Finance Division for grant of Audit and Accounts Allowance to
the officers and establishment under the Controller General of accounts and the
Auditor General of Pakistan.

is noteworthy that pursuant to the aforementioned judgment, besides department
of the Auditor General of Pakistan, the CGA Organization has also forwarded the
case to the Finance Division. Presently, the decision / approval of Finance
Division is awaited Consequently, you are advised to wait for further
instructions on the subject as the matter is being pursued at our level.
